The New Year

I've made a New Years resolution to eat healthier and lose some more weight. I ended up losing a total of 12 lbs in 30 days which is a major feat for me!! I'm still goin. Can't stop. I'm feeling so good but I've gotta be ready for swimsuit season!! If anyone has any health recipes send them my way!!

Wow! I am so totally impressed. What are you doing? Just eating well and exercising? Dang. You inspire me. I lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks. That's nothin' compared to you! Keep it up!

My sister is a personal trainer and I have a million healthy recipes if you want them... but this website might do a lot of good for now. Let me know and good luck. WAY TO GO!! her site is AWESOME too. She posts new yummy recipes, new things to do at the gym, coupons, tips on eating at restaurants ( Hungry girl has practically entire menus of every place to eat and not to eat). anyways... check it out.

I started the 30 Shred workout too, it's only been aweek and a half and I don't know how much I have lost, but I feel good. Great Job. Lov Ya.
