Birthday, Christmas and FHE

We had a great time in Utah for the past couple weeks. We were all pretty tired from all the action and we were glad to get home. We sure miss all our family and friends though. We stayed with Brad's family which is always a busy house. Sunday, the 21st, we had Preston's birthday party. It was fun. Preston was tired and may not have been as excited as he could've been but he really loved all the presents everyone brought. It's tough to have a Christmas birthday!! Then, Christmas Eve, Santa came to visit and we exchanged gifts with the Clark family.
We opened Santa's presents the next morning and went to the Wang home. We had Christmas dinner there and spent time with my parents, brothers and Piper. My brother, Matt, met Hannah for the first time. He loves to play with Preston. He played a game with Preston where they threw stuffed animals down the stairs and Preston laughed and laughed. Since then he throws EVERYTHING down the stairs...THANK YOU MATT!! While we were at the Clark's he threw a glass root beer bottle with pennies in it down the steps and it shattered on the tile at the bottom. What a fun game! Here are some highlights of the week.

Hannah enjoying Preston's birthday present from Grandma and Grandpa Wang.

Preston enjoying it as well.

Mickey Mouse cupcakes. They are cookies and cream and super yummy!

Hannah in her cousin Brynnly's baby stroller.

All the Clark grandkids. It was really funny trying to get a picture of all of them looking.

Christmas morning.

Preston's doctor kit from Santa.

Hannah fell asleep during all the action.

Preston was a little tired and out of sorts on Christmas day. He got a toy piano from my mom and dad that he loves now but at the time he was too tired to get excited. This picture cracks me up.

More pics of the piano.

This was our Family Home Evening lesson last night. We made savings boxes for the kids. Preston has a whole $5 now! I wanted to teach my kids early how to save their money. They may not understand it now but someday we'll tell them this was a FHE lesson and hopefully we can get it to stick...hopefully!

The chair and the piano are so cute!!! Also Andy's favorite thing to do is throw things down the stairs on christmas day he through a dump truck full of building blocks down our stairs and my neighbor thought something horrible happened. So I feel your pain on that one: )

How awesome are you and Brad and your kids? Pretty much...um...awesome! :) The piano picture is a complete crack-up! I also LOVE the savings boxes! Jer and I have talked about how important that is for our kids to learn early as well! How is school and everything going? - we're due in 5 weeks...crazy! She's really big though so my fingers are crossed for early inducement. We'll see. :) Merry (late) Christmas and Happy New Years!
